Response by the Cabinet Member: Mae prosiect ail-adeiladu Ysgol Bro Hyddgen yn gwneud cynnydd da, gyda’r cyfnod cynllunio cysyniadol bellach wedi’i gwblhau. Mi fydd y tim yn symud ymlaen gyda’r camau nesaf o ran cynllunio, gyda’r bwriad o gyflwyno’r cynllun ar gyfer caniatad cynllunio yn ystod tymor yr Hydref. Unwaith bydd y cyfnod cynllunio nesaf wedi’i gwblhau, byddwn yn rhedeg tendr er mwyn cael cytundebwr i gwblhau’r prosiect. The Ysgol Bro Hyddgen re-build project is making good progress, with the completion of the concept design stage. The team will now proceed with the next stage of design, with the intention of submitting the scheme for planning permission in the autumn term. Once the next design stage is completed, a tender exercise will be undertaken to procure a contractor to complete the project.
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
