There is no summary of this meeting yet. Summaries are written once the council publishes the minutes, which are its official record of what a meeting decided. They usually appear a few weeks after the meeting.
Response by the Cabinet Member: Thank you for your questions, the responses are as follows: 1. We have a Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free and Gluten Free menu which runs alongside the daily menu. 2. We work with individual families, Welsh Government dieticians and our suppliers to offer a nutritional and cost deliverable menu to all learners. We welcome families to speak to us so we can discuss individual needs and will endeavour to provide a meal to that learner (subject to supplier availability and cost). We currently provide a total of 37 different menus to 170 learners with medically prescribed dietary needs.
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
