Response by the Cabinet Member: Thank you, Councillor Gareth, for meeting myself, John Forsey and Anwen Orrells yesterday for what I thought was a very productive meeting. In our meeting, we explained that the Catchment Area review was going to Scrutiny on the 18th January 2023, and the answers to your questions should all be found in the Scrutiny Report. Unfortunately, we cannot forward you the report until it is published on the website, which we anticipate to be on or around the 11th of January 2023. As soon as it is published, I will ensure that you receive a copy. If there are any unanswered questions, then please do not hesitate to contact me again.
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
