Response by the Cabinet Member: As stated previously, the catchment maps for the new Brecon primary school will not be drawn until a site has been finalised. At this point the catchment will be drawn based on a learners nearest school and then consideration given to potential minor adjustments to reflect local geographical and topographical factors. Transport arrangements for current pupils attending the three campuses of Cradoc, Mount Street Infants and Juniors will be honoured.
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
