Moved by Councillor Tim Evans; Seconded by Councillor John Cole The vote, undertaken by way of a show of hands, was carried. RESOLVED That the English and Welsh Minutes of the Meetings held on 20 June 2022 and 29 June 2022 be approved as a correct record.
Moved by Councillor Tim Evans; Seconded by Councillor Mark Carter RESOLVED That in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the Meeting for consideration of the current item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under Schedule 12A to the Act.
The Committee agreed a change to the Order of Business as follows due to Ms S being in attendance.
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
