There is no summary of this meeting yet. One is written once the council publishes the minutes. The agenda and papers are below.
Councillor Fouweather asked: Are all new schools installed electric charging points and have cycling sheds for both staff and pupils. Councillor D Davies responded: Electrical charging points and bicycle sheds are installed in all new school buildings. This satisfies statutory approvals such as Planning and Welsh Government funding criteria which requires BREEAM (environmental standards) and Net Zero Carbon standards.
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
