The Minutes of the Previous Meeting were agreed as a true and accurate record. The Committee recommended the minutes of the Greater Gwent Cremation Joint Committee include more detail regarding officer reports and saliant comments made by the committee.
The Cyson Cymru representative presented a summary of ongoing works within the crematorium. The Committee noted the update from Cyson Cymru.
The Funeral Director Representative presented a summary of issues raised by funeral directors. The Chair noted that conversations had been held within Torfaen Council on the issue of the double yellow lines, with more information to be provided when available. The Committee noted the updated from the Funeral Director’s Representative.
The Team Manager - Bereavement presented a summary of the report. The Committee noted the contents of the report.
