Councillor Fouweather asked: Can the cabinet member tell me whether she has any plans to introduce a workplace parking levy on businesses throughout Newport as promised in the Welsh Labour manifesto at the last Senedd elections? Councillor R Howells responded: There are no plans to introduce a workplace parking levy in Newport.
