The Chair mentioned that P2023/0858- Lanzatech, Sustainable Aviation Fuel production in Port Talbot, the applicant has withdrawn the application prior to signing the S106 legal agreement as they are no longer proceeding with the development at this site. In relation to Y Bryn Wind farm, the applicant was considered, went to judicial review but was refused.
