The Chair welcomed all to the meeting.
Resolved: That the minutes of the previous meeting held on the 16th February 2026, be approved as an accurate record.
There were no urgent items received.
That the revised procedure for dealing with hackney carriage and private hire driver licence application, be approved, with the amendment that Members will be first to ask questions.
That pursuant to Section 100BA (2) and (7) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded for the following items of business which involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 12 and 15 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the above Act
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
