The Cllr determined that this was a personal interest, and participated in the discussion and voting thereon. Cllr T. Bowen Re Agenda Item 6, Application No. T2023/02, as the resident was a family member. The Cllr determined that this was a prejudicial interest and left the meeting when this item was discussed and the voting took place.

The Local Ward Member had requested that the application be determined by the Planning Committee, and was present to give their representations at the meeting.
