It was requested that a site visit be arranged to the site of the former Dyffryn Lower School (Application No. P2022/1063). The reason for the site visit was noted to be in regards to highway and pedestrian safety concerns. A discussion took place in regards to the appropriate timing of the site visit, and the importance of visiting the site during the busy hours of the day, where it would be representative of the concerns that had been raised. It was confirmed that the site visit would not be arranged during Easter half term. RESOLVED: That a site visit to the site of the former Dyffryn Lower School, Talcennau Road, Port Talbot SA13 1EP be arranged.
