Presented by M Herbert. The following questions were raised by members of the public; How will crime and disorder be prevented? There are unmonitored parts of heolgerrig and we are concerned about a Trago fence being repeatedly damaged. Concerns raised regarding parking in heolgerrig when events are held at Trago as there is limited access for emergency vehicles. Is there CCTV footage of the gate? It has been poorly repaired and young children are often climbing it. The pathway leading to the gate is often slippery in wet weather. Trago responded that they had requested a footpath from MTCBC for accessibility. Assured residents that the price point of their alcohol sales is to accompany food. Confirmed that the heolgerrig gate won’t be opened during events for security reasons and will review the repair of the gate in communication with residents. Councillors recommended that residents attend PAT meetings for the ward.
No other business was deemed urgent by the Chair.
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
Lists the council's current councillors only. Co-opted members, officers and former councillors aren't shown.
