The minutes of the meeting held on 22 November 2023 were submitted. Accuracy That a personal declaration of interest be recorded for all Committee Members present on agenda item 6.1 (062458)as they had been contacted on three or more occasions by objectors. Subject to the above amendment the minutes were confirmed as a correct record, as moved and seconded by Councillors Bernie Attridge and Chris Bithell. RESOLVED: That, subject to the above amendment, the minutes be approved as a true and correct record.
