Councillor Maldwyn Lewis apologised for his inability to attend the meeting.
The Chair congratulated the service on their commendations in the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence for Ceredigion Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Plans for the Best Plan category and Ysgol Dyffryn Aeron Valley Primary School for the Best Project category. He reported that the Shaping Place Project, Your Community, Your Plan, Pop-Up Shop Event would be held between the 09 and 11 July 2026 on the Old Lloyds Pharmacy, Aberystwyth. All were welcome.

To Penrhiwdulais Brongest, Beulah, Newcastle Emlyn To REFER the application to the Site Inspection Panel in accordance with Point 2 & 5 of the Council’s adopted criteria. __________________________________________________________________ A260199 Change of use from an existing working farm to D1/Non residential institution - A new Education Establishment for 16years + pupils. (The site will remain a working farm with practical lessons taught to students alongside farming operations).
