This was duly seconded. Following a vote, the proposal for the site visit fell. PL/08219 Proposed solar farm and associated works at Land at Nantycaws Waste Management Facility, Llanddarog, Carmarthen, SA32 8BG PL/07300 1 New Residential Dwelling at Land at Pant Gwyn, Heol Bryngwili, Cross Hands, Llanelli, SA14 6LU 3.2 UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the following planning applications be granted subject to the conditions detailed within the Report/Addendum of the Head of Place and Sustainability and or reported at the meeting:- PL/07460 Change of use of former public house to form x3 flats at Carmarthen Gwrsa Club, Brewery Buildings, Brewery Road, Carmarthen, SA31 1TF PL/08367 Temporary placement of track through field for construction traffic associated with the construction of a section of the permitted Tywi Valley Path, and associated temporary translocation of an existing hedge to allow access into the field and the erection of temporary stock proof fencing at North of Llandeilo Yr Ynys, Nantgaredig, Carmarthen
