Representations were received objecting to the application which re-iterated the points detailed within the Head of Place and Sustainability’s report and included the points detailed below: · Resident safety due to increase in traffic · Highway, parking and vehicle access · Disruption during construction of the development including health and safety concerns · Environmental impact · No direct access from the development site to the main road · Number of recent developments in the surrounding area. The Agent and Senior Development Management Officer responded to the points raised. PL/07616 Engineering operations comprising formation of plateau to enable future development at Land South of the Nantycaws Recycling Centre, Llanddarog Road, Nantycaws, Carmarthen, SA32 8BG
