   Ombudsman Referral of a complaint against Councillor A.

   Minute

   The Panel considered the report of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales regarding a complaint against Councillor A. Having considered the information presented, the Panel agreed that there was sufficient evidence to warrant further consideration. Resolved: That the matter proceed to a Hearings Panel for full determination.
