The Appointments Committee was reconvened to consider the longlisting of a further candidate, (who had had technical difficulty submitting the application to the online system by the deadline), for the appointment to the post of Director, Strategy and Transformation. The Committee considered the fact that the application was received passed the deadline but that the applicant had had technical difficulties and had made contact with the Authority as soon as possible, early on the next working day. The Committee reviewed the application received and considered whether the candidate met the essential competencies from the Behavioural Competencies Framework and Role Profile, and whether the candidate would be recommended to go forward for assessment. RESOLVED: That the application should be considered and that candidate 85056 be assessed.

Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
Lists the council's current councillors only. Co-opted members, officers and former councillors aren't shown.
