The Chair, Councillor Ed Stubbs declared a personal and prejudicial interest in the respect of application 24/00110/FUL on the basis that he was speaking as a Ward Councillor in support of the application and that he had campaigned in favour of the building of the new school.
The minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee on 11 April were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
The Committee noted that a petition had been received in respect of application 23/2235/HSE, however the petitioner did not speak to the application.
