Increase in the Maximum Amount for Non-Residential Charges for Social Care
RESOLVED: that 1. Subject to a decision by the Welsh Government to increase the maximum amount for non-residential charges, the new maximum amount be applied as soon as possible after the date of that decision. 2. The Council’s Non-Residential Charging policy be amended to: - Clarify the intention that charges for non-residential care should reflect the cost of that care. - Confirm that the Welsh Government’s maximum amount should be applied, including any increases in future years.
How this works
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
