Appointment of Independent Members to the Governance and Audit Committee
RESOLVED – That: (1) the Committee agreed to recommend to Council the appointment of the Independent Members shown in Appendix A to the Governance and Audit Committee with effect from 1 December 2026, subject to receipt of satisfactory references, for an initial 5-year term of office, with the possibility of reappointment for one further 5-year term. (2) the Committee agreed to recommend to Council the appointment of Dr Janet Wademan BA, PhD, FCMI, FRSA for a second 5-year term of office from 01 October 2026 until 30 September 2031.

Independent members for Governance & Audit Committee
Council appointed the independent members listed in Appendix A from 1 December 2026, subject to satisfactory references, for an initial five-year term that can be renewed once. It also re-appointed Dr Janet Wademan for a second five-year term from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2031.
