RESOLVED – That the application for a personal licence be granted. The Sub Committee heard from the applicant and listened to all the evidence and submissions and considered the written material, the Licensing Act 2003, Section 182 Guidance and the Statement of Licensing Policy. Members also heard the representations made by South Wales Police and considered all the supporting information submitted.
